YCB Level -3 certified Yoga Teacher by Ministry of Ayush, trained and certified at Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga and Science ( MDNIY).

She has conducted Yoga session for Members of Parliament at Lok Sabha in presence of Lok Sabha speaker Mr. Om Birla. She has also worked as a Yoga Teacher in Tihar Jail, New Delhi under Ministry of Ayush.

Experienced yoga teacher bringing more than seven years record in health and wellness roles. Eager to help students improve wellness through various Yoga techniques, Yoga therapy and ability to develop customised programs targeted to client goal and skill level.
